Why Karachi homes get termites

Our treatment methods
Post-construction (existing homes): We drill 12mm holes at 12–18 inch intervals along the wall-floor junction, inject imported termiticide under pressure to form a chemical barrier in the soil, then seal and colour-match the holes. Whole-house treatment for an average bungalow takes 4–6 hours.
Pre-construction proofing (under-construction property): Foundation and plinth soil treatment before flooring is laid — the cheapest possible time to protect a property, with a 10-year warranty.
Wood treatment: Direct injection into infested furniture and door frames, plus preventive coating.
